New expansive ground floor foyer
The next major enhancement project of the reimagining of the lobby will celebrate these qualities and create an internal garden through a series of signature landscapes providing settings for respite, work, and connection.
The new expansive ground floor foyer will incorporate welcoming neutral tones, biophilic greenery for wellness, concierge, business lounges, varied seating, and café. The new extended lobby is designed to elevate the existing architectural language and connect the main lobby to a new third space, The Green Room, a unique gift to the building for gatherings and events. It continues the garden conservatory concept with glass and light creating a dramatic effect and providing a diverse interior experience.
A VARIETY OF SET UP AND LAYOUT CONFIGURATIONS
The Green Room will be a flexible third space which will be accessible from the main foyer and enabled to operate independently. The bookable space with self-sufficient amenities will have the ability to have a variety of set up and layout configurations to provide tenants with an activated space for meetings, functions and events with example layout options noted in this document.
A booking system will be implemented once the space is available for hire by our tenants.
