The reimagining of the lobby creates an internal garden through a series of signature landscapes providing settings for respite, work, and connection.

The new expansive ground floor foyer incorporates welcoming neutral tones, biophilic greenery for wellness, concierge, business lounges, varied seating, and café. The new extended lobby is designed to elevate the existing architectural language and connect the main lobby to the new third space, The Green Room, a unique gift to the building for gatherings and events. It continues the garden conservatory concept with glass and light creating a dramatic effect and providing a diverse interior experience.

A VARIETY OF SET UP AND LAYOUT CONFIGURATIONS

The Green Room is a flexible third space, accessible from the main foyer and the external piazza and enabled to operate independently. The bookable space with self-sufficient amenities can be set up in a variety of layout configurations to provide tenants with an flexible space for meetings, functions and events.
