Giving back to the community is an additional way to bring tenants together, offering them a chance to not only participate in something of value to their team but find common interests with other tenants in the building in which they can collaborate for a greater purpose.

To bring Twenty8 Community together we have our ever popular Annual Spring Fair at Freshwater Place Piazza where you have the chance to get close and personal with the animals while you soak up the sun and have some fun!

With lots of entertainment the day from Food trucks, gelato cart, outdoor seating, petting zoo and reptile encounters.
